Payroll and HR Administrator
Play a key role in delivering accurate end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time while maintaining full compliance with UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments.Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and expensesMaintain full compliance with financial regulations, internal procedures, and UK payroll legislationCollaborate with internal departments to ensure employee changes are accurately reflected within payroll systemsRecord and manage statutory absences, ensuring all pay adjustments align with legal requirementsManage employee time-tracking systems to support accurate payroll processingRespond to and resolve payroll queries in collaboration with internal teamsConduct payroll reconciliations and produce payroll reports for management reviewPrepare annual payroll journals and support internal and external audit requirementsAssist in preparing the company''s annual salary budget and salary review process, including drafting employee correspondenceProvide HR administrative support for new starters and leaversCoordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process Hours of work 08.30am - 5pm with 30 mins for lunch ( could be flexible with start finish times if necessary ) (INDPERM) ..... full job details .....
