Key-Responsibilities:
- Manage-end-to-end-payroll-processing-(Monthly-Payrolls)
- Maintain-employee-records,-contracts,-starters/leavers,-and-holiday/sick-leave-tracking
- Support-onboarding-and-offboarding-processes
- Ensure-compliance-with-employment-legislation-and-internal-policies
- Liaise-with-external-payroll-providers-or-HMRC-as-required
- Handle-HR-related-queries-and-support-line-managers-with-administrative-HR-tasks
Finance-Team-Support:
- Assist-with-processing-invoices,-expense-claims,-and-reconciliations
- Support-month-end-and-year-end-reporting-activities
- Help-maintain-accurate-financial-records-and-documentation
- Provide-general-administrative-support-to-the-finance-team-as-required
Skills-&-Experience:
- Proven-experience-in-a-similar-payroll/HR-administrative-role-(essential)
- Familiarity-with-payroll-software-and-HRIS-systems
- Excellent-attention-to-detail-and-organisational-skills
- Proficient-in-MS-Office-(Excel-in-particular)
- Strong-communication-and-interpersonal-skills
- Able-to-manage-workload-independently-and-prioritise-effectively
- Confident,-self-motivated,-and-able-to-hit-the-ground-running
Benefits-and-Hours:
- Salary-up-to35,000-depending-on-experience
- Flexible-start-and-finish-times-(Office-opening-hours-are-8:00-am-until-6:00-pm)
