We offer a collaborative working environment where staff are valued, supported, and play an important role in the success of the school.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll and Pensions Process monthly and substitute teacher payrolls accurately and on timeMaintain employee records (starters, leavers, changes, deductions)Calculate statutory payments (SSP, SMP, arrears, allowances)Administer pensions, deductions and HMRC submissions (RTI, FPS/EPS)Manage NILGOSC and NITPS pension returnsManage payroll related returns eg to Education Authority/CCEAPrepare payroll journals and reconciliationsSupport year-end payroll processes and reporting Finance and Administration Support collection of payments (eg school meals, trips etc) ..... full job details .....
