This is a 100% office based role in Mansfield.

Description

Payroll and Finance Officer:

• Processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
• Processing payroll through SAGE Payroll.
• Maintain and update payroll records
• Support with queries
• Calculate deductions
• Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation.
• Supporting with transactional ledger duties (Purchase and Sales Ledger)
• Supporting the wider finance team in reporting.
• Adhoc duties that may be required.

Profile

The successful Payroll and Finance Officer:

• Experience in a Payroll position
• Experience in a Finance position
• Knowledge of finance systems (Sage and Sage Payroll)
• Experience of Excel
• Able to commute to our client''s business in Mansfield
