Finance and Payroll Administrator - PermanentCoventry - Tile Hill Area37 hrs per week 100% office-based7.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Thursday7.30am - 12.30pm FridayOur client is looking for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Administrator. This will be processing approximately 60 employees'' weekly payroll alongside Accounts Payable duties.Responsibilities:Match and process supplier purchase invoicesReviewing outstanding purchase orders and deal with issues accordinglyInvoice query resolutionProposing payment runs via BACS in line with cash collectionsSetting up new supplier accounts and maintaining account detailsReconciliation of supplier statementsScanning and filing InvoicesFirst point of contact for all relevant queriesMaintaining strong relationship with suppliersReporting on creditors on periodic basis to Finance Manager and Finance DirectorSupplier payment allocations and bank reconciliationsReview timesheets for working hoursProcessing of the weekly payrollMonth-end reconciliations and reportingSend out invoices and statements to customersChase debt where appropriateProvide administration support to Finance ManagerAd hoc financial analysis and reportingAny other duties as ..... full job details .....
