Payroll and Finance Exec - Job DescriptionLocation: Chester Salary: Up to £13.50 per hourHours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pmSome later working may be required on Wednesdays/Thursdays - time will be given back.OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and highly accurate Payroll and Finance Executive to join our client''s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and can handle a range of payroll and finance administration tasks with confidence and efficiency. This position offers hybrid working once fully trained, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll and ReportingRaise invoices accurately and in a timely mannerPrepare hours using ExcelImport payroll data and key payroll information into internal systemsResolve payroll queries and provide clear communication to stakeholdersLiaise with external agencies as requiredExtract payroll system reports and perform balancing checksComplete payroll reconciliationsSupport HMRC reporting, administration, and reconciliationProduce Excel reports for various internal departmentsFinance AdministrationUpdate purchase ledger informationComplete debtor ledger reconciliationsUpdate QuickBooks with paymentsComplete bank reconciliations within QuickBooksAssist with administration for VAT return preparationProvide general ad-hoc administrative support as neededSkills and Experience RequiredStrong ability to work with speed and accuracyReliable and ..... full job details .....
