This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term position where their strong work ethic, accuracy, and supportive nature can truly shine. You''ll take a hands-on role in managing monthly in-house payroll, while also serving as the main point of contact for staff benefits, reward schemes, and pensions. Working closely with the HR team, you''ll help ensure the smooth financial running of a creative organisation that values collaboration, kindness, and reliability. Key ResponsibilitiesCollate, check, and validate all payroll information.Identify discrepancies and correct them promptly.Work closely with senior leaders across the organisation.Recommend positive changes to enhance payroll processes.Perform regular checks to ensure financial accuracy.Manage staff entries/exits from benefit schemes and resolve related queries.Work in partnership with HR to deliver timely payroll cycles.Prepare and submit statutory returns.Prepare and process payroll payments within set deadlines.Maintain communication with external agencies regarding leavers and deductions.Respond to payroll queries while safeguarding personal data.Manage monthly pension tasks and communications.
