Payroll and Benefits Specialist

A globally recognised business who have an outstanding reputation across the sector, are currently looking to add a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to their team.This role will join the wider HR function and will report to the Payroll Manager.As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:Managing the UK monthly payroll for c500 employeesWorking with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure data is accurateResolving all payroll related queriesWorking with the Payroll Manager with companywide benefits. This includes benefit renewals, benefit related queries, benefit communication. Benchmarking and benefit research.Supporting the Payroll Manager with payroll and/or benefit related projectsThis is a super varied and busy role.
