Private medical insurance.Flexible working options.Enhanced pension.The RoleThe Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for:Managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process.Administer employee benefits.Administer starters, leavers, contractual changes, salary changes, overtime, shift allowances, statutory payments, pension deductions and benefit deductions.Review, check and verify payroll input before submission to the payroll provider.The PersonThe successful Payroll and Benefits Specialist will meet the following criteria:Experience of end-to-end UK payroll processing.Experience administering a time and attendance system.Experience administering employee benefits.Working knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, and pension administration.CIPP is desirable but not essential.
