Payroll and Benefits SpecialistMCS Group are delighted to be partnering with an award winning organisation who are seeking an Payroll and Benefits Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to oversee an important function within the business.The CompanyA global organisation that specialises in creating high quality and reliable products to their established multi-national clients.The RewardsAs the successful Payroll and Benefits Specialist you will receive:Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience).Hybrid working. Private medical insurance.Flexible working options.Enhanced pension.The RoleThe Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for:Managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process.Administer employee benefits.Administer starters, leavers, contractual changes, salary changes, overtime, shift allowances, statutory payments, pension deductions and benefit deductions.Review, check and verify payroll input before submission to the payroll provider.The PersonThe successful Payroll and Benefits Specialist will meet the following criteria:Experience of end-to-end UK payroll processing.Experience administering a time and attendance system.Experience administering employee benefits.Working knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, and pension administration.CIPP is desirable but not essential.
