Working closely with an outsourced payroll provider, you''ll act as the primary liaison for payroll and benefits administration, ensuring all changes are processed accurately and delivered to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the relationship with the outsourced payroll bureauAct as the intermediary between the business and payroll provider, ensuring all payroll changes are communicated and implemented correctlyValidate payroll outputs and take ownership of payroll accuracyAdminister pension processes, including monthly submissions to AON/Big Blue Touch and reconciliation of deductionsPrepare month-end payroll journals and financial reportingSupport annual audit activitiesLiaise with HMRC regarding tax matters and payroll-related queriesMonitor PAYE and NIC payments and associated complianceResolve employee payroll enquiries and issuesSupport ongoing process improvements within payroll and benefits operationsAbout YouSignificant end-to-end payroll experience within a medium-sized organisationStrong payroll governance, controls and ..... full job details .....
