Interviews: 5th of August in our Birmingham Centre Join The King''s Trust as a Payroll and Benefits Executive and play a vital role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time-supporting colleagues who are transforming young lives across the UK. This is a role for someone who can step straight into a busy payroll function, take ownership, and deliver from day one. What you''ll bring Strong, hands-on experience processing payroll end-to-end in a fast-paced environment (this is essential) Confident managing multiple payroll cycles independently, from data input through to reconciliation and submission Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including HMRC submissions and statutory payments Experience supporting pensions and benefits administration Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage and reconcile large data sets A proactive, detail-focused approach, with the confidence to identify and resolve issues quickly Who will thrive Someone who takes ownership of payroll end-to-end and delivers with accuracy and accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Analytical and detail-driven, with a passion for getting things right first time A confident communicator who can support and advise colleagues clearly Make a real impact with your expertise, supporting the people who support young people.
