This role is pivotal in shaping how payroll, benefits, and HR technology across multiple regions are managed. This is a hybrid role 3 days per week on-site in London, one day in Sussex (all travel paid for) and one day WFH.This is your chance to step into a high-impact role at a fast-growing, global company who are focused on investing in the future of the people infrastructure.Payroll and Benefits and IS Manager - your key areas of focus will include:Own and enhance payroll operations and benefit schemes for a multi-entity business, including a large operational workforce of c1,100 employeesLead the governance and optimisation of the HR system, currently used across various regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and global consistency.Drive smarter, data-led HR practices,bringing dashboards, insights, and automation to the forefront.Be a trusted partner to senior leaders across People, Finance, and Operations.Provide training and support to HR and business users on systemsOwn the relationships with the HRIS provider, development and invoicing.HRIS Systems Management - additional ..... full job details .....
