Payroll and Benefits Analyst
My client is a logistics firm looking for a Payroll and Benefits Analyst. Working across 3 payrolls and working with a friendly, lively team you will be working on SAP on a hands on basis running a high volume payroll as well as payrolling flexible benefits and having a good working knowledge of benefits.Job DescriptionWorking as the Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for the joint running of 3 payrolls totalling around 1500. This role requires checking payroll before the pay run and correcting any discrepancies ahead of running payroll. The role would suit someone who has used SAP previously.ResponsibilitiesEnd to end processing of monthly payrollsAnalyse pre-payroll reports, reconciling discrepancies ahead of preparing final payroll authorisationManual CalculationsHandling all pay queriesInputting working hours and deductions to systemP45''s,P60''s, P11d''sHMRC and RTI submissionsEnsure monthly payroll information, including overtime and flexible benefit adjustments are submitted error free.You will also provide support to weekly payroll as and when requiredManaging relationships with benefits providersEssential RequirementsSAP - essential that you have had some exposure or similar size systemManual calculationsVlookups and pivot tablesReactiveOrganisedAbility to deal with challengesIrish Payroll BeneficialBenefits:Flexible start times around core hours27 days plus bankMatched up to 10%Flexible Benefits including salary sacrifice car scheme, healthcare ..... full job details .....
