This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll and benefits professional to take ownership of a broad range of payroll, benefits and employee reward activities within a growing manufacturing environment. The Role Working within the HR team and reporting into the Payroll; Manager, As Payroll and Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, while acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on payroll and benefits-related queries. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the end-to-end monthly payroll process Ensuring payroll information is accurate and processed within deadlines Managing payroll changes including new starters, leavers, salary changes and deductions Acting as a point of contact for employee payroll queries Administering company benefits and employee benefit schemes Supporting annual benefits and salary review processes Maintaining accurate payroll and benefits records Liaising with payroll providers and external benefit providers Ensuring payroll and benefits processes comply with relevant legislation Producing payroll and benefits reports for HR and Finance Supporting audits and year-end payroll activities ..... full job details .....
