Payroll and Accounts Manager Pershore Up to £35,000 (DOE) Four Squared Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Payroll and Accounts Manager with a strong background in using Sage 50 to join our longstanding client in Pershore. This role involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including payroll processing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive and eager to contribute to streamlining accounting processes within a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, supplier, and accounts reconciliations Financial Reporting: Produce financial reports, including monthly management accounts and variance analysis Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable functions Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows Tax Compliance: Assist with VAT returns and support with year-end financial statements Systems Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in Sage 50, and provide system support where necessary Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience using Sage 50 for general accounting and payroll functions Strong understanding of payroll processing, with experience managing monthly payroll runs Experience in accounts reconciliations, including bank, supplier, and customer ..... full job details .....
