The Payroll Analyst, EMEA will be an integral member of the EMEA Payroll Team, directly supporting the Payroll Manager. This role will work closely with a variety of internal teams to support benefits, human resources, stock, and sales commissions processing for the EMEA region.What You Will Be Doing

Multi-country payroll processing for EMEAChecking EMEA payroll input and output filesWorking with Elastic internal teams (HR, Commissions, Benefits, Legal, Stock)Setting up bank payments (net salaries, tax, social security, pension)Addressing Employee Payroll Questions (Via Ticketing system)Tax/year end administrationAudit and reconciliationRecords maintenance and other administrative dutiesWorking directly with regional payroll providersWhat You Bring

Minimum of 3 years of solid EMEA payroll processing experience with demonstrated skill set.Self-motivated by opportunities to gain and expand knowledgeA keen understanding of payroll, tax, and benefits administrationStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to balance and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to provide outstanding customer service to local and virtual employeesBonus Points
