This is a hands-on position requiring someone who can independently manage the full monthly payroll cycle, maintain compliance and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Manage the full end-to-end monthly payroll, including starters, leavers, overtime, allowances and statutory payments. Process PAYE, National Insurance, RTI submissions and HMRC requirements. Complete payroll reconciliations, journals and year-end reporting. Administer pension schemes, including Teachers' Pensions (TPS) and auto-enrolment. Ensure accurate pension contributions, submissions and compliance.
