They are currently looking for a Payroll Advisor to join them for an initial 5-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.Overview of the Role:A project-focused Payroll Advisor dedicated to the payroll implementation project (Resolve). The role elicits and documents requirements, supports configuration and integrations, plans and executes user acceptance testing, and contributes to data migration, cutover and hypercare. It bridges the operational payroll team, People Systems and external providers to deliver a compliant, well-controlled and employee-centred solution.Key Accountabilities:Elicit, document and validate payroll business requirements, controls and integrations, translating as-is processes into to-be designs with clear acceptance criteria.Design, script and execute UAT including end-to-end parallel runs; capture defects, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate fixes and re-testing, and evidence outcomes for ..... full job details .....
