Job Description
Prepare and process payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
Address payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to align payroll with financial reporting.
Assist with tax filings and statutory deductions related to payroll.
Support the implementation of new payroll systems or updates.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving payroll processes.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Payroll Advisor should have:
Previous experience in payroll processing within the retail industry or a similar sector.
Knowledge of payroll systems and accounting principles.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills to address payroll-related issues effectively.
