Your new companyOur client is a well-established business with a collaborative payroll team based in Leeds. They are committed to delivering a high-quality employee experience through accurate payroll processing, strong compliance standards and continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both the business and employees with payroll and benefits administration.Your new roleAs Payroll Advisor, you will provide a comprehensive end-to-end payroll service, ensuring payroll and benefits transactions are completed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll activities, including statutory and occupational payments and deductions, while ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and internal policy.Your responsibilities will also include:Providing payroll and PAYE guidance to employees and the wider businessSupporting queries relating to the time and attendance systemAssisting with annual pay reviews and bonus processesAdministering pension schemes, including auto-enrolment compliance and reportingManaging employee benefits administration including PMI, life assurance and SAYE schemesSupporting the production of annual P11D documentationMaintaining payroll process documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiativesCompleting additional payroll tasks as required by the Payroll ManagerWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will have ..... full job details .....
