Payroll Advisor Our client is a leading provider of services within engineering, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, plant expansion as well as turnarounds and also includes environmental technologies and digital applications. They are looking to hire a Payroll Advisor to be based at their offices in Warrington. Main Responsibilities Process a weekly payroll from start to finish across multiple sites and within the designated timeframeProcess pay in accordance with various National AgreementsSet up and pay new startersProcess leavers and applicable termination paymentsCalculate Redundancy paymentsCalculate and pay SMP, SPP, SSP and Occupational sick payLiaise with sites and other departments to ensure communication lines are clear and deadlines are metDeal promptly and professionally with payroll queriesComplete correspondence in a timely mannerProduce reports for various departments across the businessMaintain records and filing to a high standardMaintain up to date knowledge of payroll and pension legislationFollow and enforce implemented payroll policy, processes and proceduresLiaise with third parties i.e. Pension providers, HMRC and Courts Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years payroll experience in a multi-site, multi contractual environmentGood working knowledge of Microsoft office including intermediate excel skillsUp to date knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and HMRC reporting requirementsRecognised CIPP payroll qualification would be ..... full job details .....
