Payroll Advisor
Payroll Advisor Manufacturing Role: Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly and/or monthly basis for both factory and office-based employees.Ensure compliance with HMRC, pension, and statutory regulations (PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)Accurately calculate shift premiums, overtime, bonuses, and other variable payments specific to food manufacturing operationsMaintain employee payroll records in line with GDPR and audit requirementsSupport Time and Attendance (TandA) systems and resolve anomalies relating to clocking data and shift patternsSupport year-end activities such as P60, P11D, and gender pay gap reporting Requirements: Experience within a payroll role within a manufacturing environment is desirable Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements INDFMCGWe act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
