This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working in a friendly hard working team, who take great pride in their work.Warner Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established company seeking a Payroll Administrator to support their finance and HR function with their payroll for 100 employees.Payroll AdministratorLocation: Northampton (Part-Time 2-3 days per week)Job Type: Part-time (flexible office hours)The RoleWorking closely with the finance and HR teams, you will take responsibility for collating, preparing, and validating payroll data before it is passed to an external bureau for processing.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and accurately input payroll data, including starters, leavers, and changesEnsure all payroll information is complete and ready for submission to the bureauPerform data checks and resolve discrepancies prior to processingMaintain and update employee payroll recordsLiaise with internal teams to obtain approvals and information in a timely mannerAct as a key point of contact for payroll queries related to data preparationSupport with reporting and payroll-related administration as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in payroll administration is essentialStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyConfident working with payroll systems and ExcelAble to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectivelyExcellent communication skills, with a collaborative approachExperience working with outsourced ..... full job details .....
