Payroll Administrator (Temporary)
Payroll Administrator Location: London (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a high-volume environment and wants to play a key role in supporting both payroll and HR operations. Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Benefits teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of payroll for a large UK workforce, while also supporting a variety of HR administration activities. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 5 years'' payroll experience. Experience working within a high-volume, multi-site payroll environment. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience assisting with payroll audits and auditor requests. Understanding of payroll journals and payroll accounting processes. A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work. CIPP qualification (desirable but not essential). Key Responsibilities Support the Payroll Manager with the day-to-day processing of payroll for approximately 1,000 employees.
