Temporary Payroll Administrator

Location: South Bristol (Full time, On site)
Pay: -16 to -20 per hour PAYE dependent on experience
Start: Immediately
Contract: Ongoing temporary assignment, minimum 2 months

Are you an experienced payroll professional available to start right away? I am supporting a well-established organisation in South Bristol who are seeking a capable Payroll Administrator to join them on a full time, on site basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing payroll in conjunction with an external payroll provider - circa 400 employees
* Working across varying payroll schedules including weekly and monthly cycles
* Managing and validating time and attendance data
* Performing manual payroll calculations
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll activities

Skills and Experience Required:

* Strong payroll experience
* Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
* Confidence managing a variety of payroll schedules
* High attention to detail and accuracy

This is a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available and confident picking up payroll processes quickly. The role offers stability for at least 2 months with potential for extension.
