You will be responsible for the weekly end-to-end administration of contractor payroll, ensuring timesheets are accurately analysed, processed, and billed on time every single week.This is an ideal entry-to-mid-level position for a proactive professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, picks up new systems quickly, and takes pride in exceptional accuracy.Key Responsibilities: Timesheet and Payroll Processing: Accurately analyse and process high volumes of timesheet and payroll data to support weekly pay cycles and onward client billing.Client Compliance: Ensure all timesheets are completed thoroughly in accordance with specific client requirements.VMS and Payroll Systems: Quickly adapt to internal payroll software and retrieve/collect timesheet data across various systems.Reporting and Administration: Assist with general payroll administration and ad-hoc finance/payroll tasks.
