Working within a small and friendly payroll team, responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator will include:Processing all information onto the payroll system, including starters and leaversManaging multiple monthly and weekly payrollsProducing/issuing employee documents such as payslips, HMRC forms, pension notifications etcDealing with payroll and pension related queriesProducing payroll reports To be considered for the position of Payroll Administrator, it would be desirable to have up to date experience of running a full end to end payroll including pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes. Knowledge of statutory forms such as P45s and P11Ds would also be desirable however some training can be provided.
