Key tasks include: Assisting with the processing of high-volume payrolls to tight deadlines using bespoke payroll packages. Tracking, processing and amending holiday pay, statutory sickness pay and other forms of leave such as maternity/paternity pay, etc. Checking and validating information provided by the restaurants and ensuring all necessary documents are received on time and are in line with HMRC payroll guidelines. Checking and validating new starter documentation before setting them up on the system Ensuring all leaver documentation are received and made leavers in Star Payroll. Maintaining and tracking Right to Work documents. Monitor the payroll mailbox and ensure all queries are dealt with quickly Attending to telephone payroll queries.
