Payroll AdministratorSalary: £35,000 per annumLocation: Bourton-on-the-Water, CotswoldsContract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Key responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate weekly operational and payroll data for frontline colleagues Check clocking records against scheduled duties, investigating and resolving any discrepancies Manage holiday allocation for colleagues in line with business needs Act as a first point of contact for colleague queries by phone, email and in person Work closely with HR on colleague administration, including starters, leavers and employee updates Support day-to-day site operations, assisting the operations team when required Handle justified complaints through informal discussions Order and distribute uniform, and maintain the related records Manage petty cash, prepaid cards, cash machine issues and cash variances Keep accurate records, update internal systems and complete general administrative duties Support the wider team and promote ..... full job details .....
