The role is responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, statutory payments, payroll records, and compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies. This role is initially fully office-based, with hybrid working available upon successful completion of the probationary period. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Administration and Processing Process monthly payroll using Moorepay for 300+ employees across multiple business functions Maintain payroll records, including new starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, bonuses, holiday pay, statutory payments, and deductions. Review payroll information with HR, cross-checking hours worked, attendance, absence, and holiday entitlement records. Run and analyse system reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
