Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting a range of payroll and HR administrative functions.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their payroll and finance skillset.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing timesheets, including validation of hours, overtime, travel, and other paymentsCosting and reviewing timesheet dataMaintaining accurate records for starters, leavers, and employee changesSupporting payroll and HR administration across the employee lifecyclePerforming finance-related tasks such as journals, reconciliations, and expensesAssisting in the processing of payrolls to ensure accurate and timely paymentsAdministering employee benefits through payrollCalculating sickness and holiday payHandling sensitive employee data in line with GDPR requirementsWorking collaboratively within the payroll team and wider businessResponding to payroll queries efficiently, providing clear resolutionsSkills and ExperienceStrong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft ExcelExcellent numerical ability, with confidence in manual calculationsStrong organisational and time management ..... full job details .....
