Payroll Administrator Glasgow Competitive Salary + Benefits Full-Time Permanent A well-established and growing accountancy practice based in the South Side of Glasgow, are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional looking to develop their career within a supportive practice environment, working with a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. The Role As Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services to a diverse client base. You will be responsible for managing payroll processes whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining excellent client relationships. Duties will include: Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls Calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions and statutory payments Managing pension contributions and auto-enrolment requirements Submitting RTI information to HMRC Processing new starters, leavers and payroll amendments Handling SSP, SMP, SPP and other statutory payments Producing payroll reports and reconciliations Responding to client payroll queries in a professional and timely manner Ensuring payroll records are accurate and maintained in line with current legislation About You The successful candidate will have: Previous payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice or bureau environment Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC requirements ..... full job details .....
