Payroll Administrator Temporary to PermanentOutskirts of Ipswich (own transport required)Hybrid WorkingWe are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple pay cycles, working closely with an external payroll provider and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing starters, leavers, and contractual changes across payroll cyclesManaging weekly and monthly payroll inputs, including hours and adjustments Supporting statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPPMaintaining accurate holiday and absence records Handling payroll-related deductions including attachments of earnings and childcare vouchersLiaising with the external payroll provider to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing Producing reports on sickness, holiday, and payment schedules Supporting pension administration and responding to payroll queries About YouPrevious experience in a payrollStrong Excel skills and confident working with spreadsheetsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines If interested in this opportunity and you''re immediately available, please contact Pure ..... full job details .....
