Key Objectives: To process outsourced payrollExcellent Service deliveryEnd to End Payroll AdministrationMaintain working knowledge and understanding of current statutory legislationEnrolling New StartersLiaising with HMRCRTI, Pensions,Collating timesheetsInputting data onto the systemChecking timesheets are correctCreating statutory payment schedules and top upManual calculations - starters and leavers, tax and NI, student loans, pensionsUsing imports for data processingEarly payroll runs and re-runs and payments after leavingApprenticeship levy, Employment allowance, Small ER relief - calculations and implementationPayroll reversals/correctionsCourt orders processingTaking inbound callsGeneral administration duties Desirable skills and attributes:Experience using ExcelThrives on being presented with a challengeAbility to think outside the boxTeam playerExperience in a fast paced environmentExcellent communicator as you will be answering queriesPayroll experience - step in for managementCIPP Salary and Benefits:This is a full time role, Monday to Friday25 days Holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday offBonus schemeAdditional leaveCompany eventsCompany pensionPrivate ..... full job details .....
