Key Objectives: To process outsourced payrollExcellent Service deliveryEnd to End Payroll AdministrationMaintain working knowledge and understanding of current statutory legislationEnrolling New StartersLiaising with HMRCRTI, Pensions,Collating timesheetsInputting data onto the systemChecking timesheets are correctCreating statutory payment schedules and top upManual calculations - starters and leavers, tax and NI, student loans, pensionsUsing imports for data processingEarly payroll runs and re-runs and payments after leavingApprenticeship levy, Employment allowance, Small ER relief - calculations and implementationPayroll reversals/correctionsCourt orders processingTaking inbound callsGeneral administration duties Skills and attributes:Essential CriteriaDemonstrable experience processing school and/or academy payrolls end-to-endWorking knowledge of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), including contribution bandings and employer/employee reporting requirementsExperience producing and submitting i-Connect files to the relevant LGPS pension fund/administering authorityFamiliarity with MCR (Monthly Contributions Return) processing and ..... full job details .....
