Location: Solihull (Hybrid Working) Hours: Full Time Salary: 27,000 - 33,000 DOEAshley Kate HR and Finance are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a major payroll project focused on the implementation of Payroll Benefits in Kind (PBIK), working alongside payroll and project stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout. As Payroll Administrator, you will provide key support throughout the implementation lifecycle, assisting with payroll testing, data validation, reporting, documentation, and business readiness activities. You''ll work closely with the Payroll Project Manager and wider payroll team to ensure payroll processes remain accurate, compliant, and ready for a seamless transition into business-as-usual operations. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport payroll project workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.Document business requirements, process changes, actions, and key decisions.Assist with payroll data analysis, validation, and reconciliations.Support System Integration Testing (SIT), Parallel Runs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Log, monitor, and track testing defects through to resolution.Validate payroll calculations and outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.Produce project reports, governance documentation, and progress updates.Support training materials, communications, and business readiness ..... full job details .....
