DescriptionManage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all deadlines are consistently metAccurately process payroll data, including client changes, within agreed timescalesSubmit RTI Full Payment Submissions (FPS) on or before pay datesAdminister workplace pensions, including communications, opt-outs, uploads, and paymentsRespond to client queries promptly, professionally, and accuratelyMaintain clear and up-to-date records of all client communications and payroll activityMonitor workflow systems and ensure daily task completionManage additional work requests, ensuring they are quoted and approved in advanceSupport invoicing processes and ensure timely billingMaintain compliance with internal procedures, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirementsProfileProven experience in a payroll role, ideally within a bureau or accountancy practiceStrong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including RTI and ..... full job details .....
