As a small-sized organisation, they are committed to delivering tailored services to their clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.DescriptionProcess weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients/employeesManage payroll inputs including starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, and statutory paymentsEnsure compliance with HMRC regulations, including RTI submissions (FPS/EPS)Calculate and process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)Administer pension auto-enrolment, including submissions and employee communicationsHandle payroll queries from clients and employees in a timely and professional mannerReconcile payroll reports and ensure accuracy before submissionMaintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality at all timesWork to tight deadlines in a high-volume environmentProfileA successful candidate should have:Minimum 3 years'' payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice or bureauProven experience managing high-volume payrollStrong working knowledge of BrightPay (or similar payroll ..... full job details .....
