Payroll Administrator

We are currently partnering with an Accountancy Firm based in Coventry, who are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.This is a full-time position with a salary of £30,000 and the start date is subject to notice. The role will be fully site based and the ideal candidate will have five years experience in a similar role.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Processing weekly, monthly, fortnightly and annual end to end payrolls of up to 1,100 staff members in a bureau settingActively communicating with various clients and HMRC, acting as the main point of contact for query resolutionProcessing pension contributions in line with auto-enrolment regulations and ensuring timely submissions to pension providersAllocating work to the payroll team to ensure client deadlines and budgets are metEnsuring client database is correct (Payroll Notes, Start PDM database, Logs etc )Conducting checks and audits on payrolls to ensure compliance and correctnessExperience required:Five years experience in payrollAdvanced knowledge of UK PAYE legislation, statutory deductions and compliance requirementsComprehensive understanding of P11d''s / Payrolling benefitsRewards and benefits:Auto enrolment pension scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysOptions to buy/sell up to five days annual leave per yearFlexi-time availableDeath in Service scheme (subject to entry criteria)Working hours:37 hours per weekMonday - Thursday, 9am-5:30pm and ..... full job details .....
