Working as part of a collaborative payroll team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly UK payroll, while supporting payroll queries, reconciliations and wider process improvements. The role offers hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the monthly UK payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Managing payroll queries and working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues. Supporting year-end returns, including validation and reconciliation of post-payroll output, costing files and month-end reporting. Reconciling month-end payments to external agencies, including HMRC and pension providers. Reviewing and creating payroll policies and procedures, with a focus on improving efficiency. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working within payroll. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
