Payroll Administrator

**About the Role**
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week, on-site in Bruton).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute the full end-to-end payroll process autonomously for all staff
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity
- Respond promptly to payroll-related enquiries from employees
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
- Work closely with HR to update payroll for any staffing changes
- Treat sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
**About You**
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
- Confident in working independently and taking ownership of payroll processes
- Proficient in payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Well-organized with strong time-management skills
- Effective communicator with clear verbal and written skills
- Professional approach to handling confidential information
