About the Role:
You''ll be joining a supportive and friendly team where you''ll be responsible for helping process payrolls for a range of clients - from small businesses to larger companies. You''ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced payroll professionals, with the chance to grow your skills in a thriving accountancy environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
- Inputting and maintaining payroll data accurately
- Communicating with clients regarding payroll queries
- Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation
- Supporting the wider payroll and admin team as needed
What We''re Looking For:

- Experienced payroll administrators looking for a new challenge, OR
- Administrators or graduates with excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills, keen to learn and develop within payroll
Key skills & attributes:
- Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional environment
- Payroll experience is a bonus, but not essential
