Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a large organisation in Doncaster who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Working for an established business and reporting into the payroll manager you will be responsible for running payroll as part of a team.
Key Duties/Tasks:
- Full end to end monthly payroll
- Manual Calculations
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers
- Handling all pay queries
- P45''s,P60''s, P11d''s
- HMRC & RTI submissions
- Audits and reviews
- Reports, checking cross referencing
Desirable skills and attributes:
- At least 2 years of payroll officer/administrator/specialist experience
- Excellent communicator
- Vlookups - need to have strong Excel skills
- High levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
