Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Ashford
Salary: -30,000 - -35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
We are delighted to exclusively assisting our Ashford based client in their search for a Payroll Administrator, this is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable/well established organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including salaries, benefits, and tax with holdings, in accordance with company policies.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and summaries for management.
- Support the finance team with payroll-related reconciliations and audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CIPP Qualified is essential.
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
