PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - PART-TIME

MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY: 20+ HOURS PER WEEK

£12.50 - £12.90 PER HOUR 

People Solutions have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Administrator based at our Head Office in Walsall. Joining us on a part time basis, working approximately 20+ hours per week across Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday with varied start times.

Day to Day Duties:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring weekly payroll deadlines are met
  • Handling and responding to queries relating to payroll on the telephone and via email
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept in-house
  • Creating weekly reports for the Payroll Supervisor in excel
  • Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor

Essential Skills:

What we’re looking for in our Payroll Administrator:

  • Experience working with payroll
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Good communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work well as part of a team and under own initiative

Training:

  • Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support throughout
