We are looking for a proactive and reliable Payroll Administrator to join this companies growing team within a friendly, professional, and supportive accountancy practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and systems, takes pride in ensuring accuracy and compliance. Main areas of responsibility: Process accurate payrolls for clients using electronic payroll software Liaise with clients and colleagues to confirm payroll data and resolve queries Ensure timely compliance with all legal, contractual, and reporting obligations Provide high-quality internal and external reporting to set deadlines Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships Attend client meetings and handle telephone enquiries professionally Contribute positively to the wider team and practice operations Participate in ongoing CPD and keep up to date with regulatory changes Support other duties aligned with payroll and general practice functions Required Skills and Desired Experience: Currently undertaking or holding Payroll Administrator Level 3 qualification Experience in an Accountancy Practice would be desirable Solid ..... full job details .....
