This role is ideal for someone seeking for an entry-level opportunity to build a career in Accounting and Payroll. Key Responsibilities: Processing timesheets from multiple customers. Accurate data entry of hours from customer timesheets into Weekly Timesheet Excel sheet. Assisting with preparing invoices for customers with various hours and various rates. Adding New Starters onto the Payroll System. Accurate Data entry of correct hours and rates onto our Payroll system (SAGE 50 Payroll) Answering agency worker queries through email. Liasing with Admin team regarding any timesheet queries Any Adhoc Tasks including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and credit control as required by senior team members. Person Specification: Attention to detail Good communication skills both oral and written Accurate Data entry skills MS office skills WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL Basic to intermediate Excel skills Experience in SAGE 50 Payroll, XERO Payroll would be advantageous not essential.
