Payroll Administrator (Temporary Contract)

Location: West London (Hybrid)
Rate: up to -40k temporary equivalent, approx up to March 27

You must be available immediately, with Payroll & ADP experience to be considered for this position.

We''re currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a large, well-established international business on a temporary basis.

You''ll support payroll operations, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on time while maintaining a high level of service to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the processing of UK and/or overseas payrolls
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring payroll data accuracy
• Processing payroll changes including starters, leavers and amendments
• Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Supporting pension administration and statutory payments
• Handling payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll activities
• Working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers

Experience Required

• Previous experience within a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer or Payroll Coordinator role
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and payroll compliance
• Experience using ADP payroll systems is essential
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Available immediately or on a short notice period preferred
