Temporary Payroll Administrator £34000 per annum On going for a period of up to 9 months Liverpool- office basedAdaptable Recruitment are partnering with a growing business in Liverpool who is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their vibrant team.Main duties and responsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll across multiple payroll cycles.Maintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.Process payroll inputs including overtime, bonuses, commissions, allowances and salary changes.Administer statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP and other family-related payments.Process pension contributions, enrolments and opt-outs.Validate payroll data and perform payroll reconciliations prior to payment.Generate payroll reports and support month-end and year-end activities.Ensure compliance with HMRC, pension and GDPR requirements.Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.Liaise with HR, Finance and operational teams to ensure payroll accuracy.Experience DesiredMust have previous relevant payroll experienceStrong IT skills are essentialExcellent written and communication skillsMust be able to prioritise and work to strict ..... full job details .....
