NXTGEN are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded business in Norwich to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a Part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional to join a supportive team and take ownership of key payroll processes. This is a Part Time position ideally for 25 hours per week but 30 hours to be considered. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while acting as a point of contact for payroll-related queries across the business. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full payroll cycle, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, sickness, holiday pay, and statutory paymentsKeeping employee payroll records up to date, including new starters, leavers, and contract changesEnsuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirementsSupporting year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11DsAdministering pensions and liaising with providers for contributions and auto-enrolmentPreparing payroll reports, reconciliations, and analysis for HR and Finance teamsProviding guidance and support to employees on payroll mattersLiaising with internal teams and external providers to resolve payroll queriesSkills: Experience managing payroll or supporting payroll processes in a professional environmentStrong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirementsExperience with P60s, P11Ds, and benefits ..... full job details .....
